If you ever find yourself locked out of a Yealink phone, and do not know the admin password, you can quickly reset the phone to Factory Default Settings.
Simply press and hold the 'OK' key on the face of the phone for 10 seconds. This will prompt you to accept or decline a factory reset. If you accept, the unit iwll restore itself to factory default settings - without the need the admin password.
The entire process takes roughly 30 seconds.

Hold the Speaker Button
Unplug "internet" cable or "power"
While still holding the speaker button reconnect the cable(s)
This will put you into recovery mode (you can now release the speaker button)
at this point after the phone boots up you can hold down the "OK" and perform a factory reset (by passing the Admin password)

If a password has been set on your yealink phone, then you need to know it before performing a factory reset. If this phone was provided by a service provider, you need to contact the service provider to get the password. Depending on how the device is managed, they may not give it to you.
